Oh, hello there!

I’m Elizabeth, a Sarasota, Florida-based writer, editor, and content strategist specializing in health, wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle content. My current gig? Health SEO Editor at Ro.

Most recently, I was the content manager at THE WELL, and prior to that that, I worked as a digital editor and writer at Shape. My work has also appeared in Women’s Health, Cosmopolitan, PopSugar, and LIVESTRONG, among others. I have a master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern's Medill School of Journalism and a bachelor’s in English and Spanish from Bucknell University.
